3. Packaging & Return Policy

As divination decks are considered personal and sensitive items connected to spiritual energy, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.
However, if your order arrives: damaged due to shipping, or, with missing or incomplete cards, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue. We will review and assist accordingly.
4. Customs & Import Duties
Buyers are responsible for any customs-related charges, including: taxes, VAT, tariffs, or any additional import fees required by their country.
5. Customs Regulations & Import Restrictions

6. Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, issues caused by local delivery conditions. 7. Order Cancellations
