3. Packaging & Return Policy
Each deck is carefully packed to ensure it arrives safely and in good condition.
As divination decks are considered personal and sensitive items connected to spiritual energy, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.
However, if your order arrives: damaged due to shipping, or, with missing or incomplete cards, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue. We will review and assist accordingly.
4. Customs & Import Duties
Buyers are responsible for any customs-related charges, including: taxes, VAT, tariffs, or any additional import fees required by their country.
5. Customs Regulations & Import Restrictions

6. Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, issues caused by local delivery conditions. If tracking shows the parcel as delivered to the provided address, responsibility is considered fulfilled. However, if any issue arises, please contact us—we will do our best to assist you where possible.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before receiving an order confirmation.
8. Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before submission. If using a mailbox “it must remain valid throughout the delivery period”.
We are not responsible for lost shipments, failed deliveries, reshipment costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or expired addresses.
